Machine is used to fill Ointment, cream, paste , adhesives in the tube as per specified grammage according to the customers requirement, different change parts can be taken as per size. A product can be Hot filled with stirrer and jacketed hopper given also cold filling is possible with plain hopper.

The empty tubes, which are first loaded in the cassette, are feed into the tube holders by a titter. Next the tubes are orientation station for positioning the "I" mark subsequently; the tube passes through the filling station,
* No changeover parts are required while, selecting the option between Aluminum to Lami/Plastic Tubes and vice versa. The control panel has controls for the same.

After filling the tube travels to the heating station where hot air is blown onto the inside end of the tube by a nozzle. In the mean time, after each filling session a control on tailing is achieved by a pneumatic cut-off system, along with filters, that cleans the nozzle of the excess sample. Next, when the tube is lifted for heating, a cooling ring centers the tube so that heating is uniform around the tube, as also to ensure that the outside portion of the tube is not heated. While heating, the hot air is simultaneously sucked out of the tube so that the product is not affected. The tube then goes to the sealing coding station where the tube is pressed sealed and then coded with metal stereos (female). it then travels to the trimming station where the irregular shape at the tube end is trimmed by a set of blades. It is then ejected at the next collection station.

After filling the tube travels to the 1st Folding station. In the mean time, after each filling session a control on tailing is achieved by a pneumatic cut-off system, along with filters, that cleans the nozzle of the excess sample. The tube then goes to the 2nd Folding station. It then travels to the Crimping Batch coding station where the tube is pressed sealed then coded with metal stereos(male). It is then ejected at the next collection station. the tube holders by a tilter. Next the tubes are orientation stati.

The machine consists of following sub-assemblies.
Structure : This structure is built on M. S. angle frame and the SS covered.
Gear Housing : It is made from S. S. 304 sheet. It is providing with Hand wheel for adjusting rear and front rollers are conveniently suitable on the bilateral gear housing.
Roller : The three horizontal precision ground hard chrome rollers made of S. S. with uniform thickness throughout the entire length of the grinding area.
Scraper Blades : The side scrapers are made of Nylo-Cast. The side scrapers are fixed with charging hopper and expediently designed discharge scraper.

RIDDHI LAMI / PLASTIC TUBE SEALER & CUTTER MANUAL
It consists of two Pneumatic Cylinders Fixed with sealing jaws The Filled tube is placed in-between the jaws the jaws are made to come closer as soon as a button is pressed. The heating time, holding time etc is automatically controlled. As No. Pedal is to be pressed, we have given push button for tube sealing and tube trimming, the sealing time is constant and controlled automatically and you need not depend upon the operator and hence the sealing quality will be consistent.
The full set up will be fixed on a stand so that it is slid able up and down and can be fixed at a desired length. Depending upon the length of the tube. The whole setup will be mounted on a plated Ms Stand. The machine will be supplied with 3 pair of tube holders for keeping the tube inside the holder. The operator should ensure that the cream does not touch the sealing portion of the tube while filling manually else, it will give rise to a weak sealing.
TRIMMING & CODING UNIT
It Consists of a standard make Pneumatic Cylinder and fixed with cutter blades. There is a provision for fixing code nose for batch coding. As soon as a pushbutton or a pedal switch is pressed the Cylinder actuates and trim the irregular portion and as well the code nos get embossed.
Temprature setting
Set the temperature to 160 degree and see the tube sealing, if tube deformed that means the temperature is high, then decrease the temperature and if sealing not ok, then increase the temperature step by step.
Tube trimming timing to be kept 3 to 4 second depending on the tube.
Batch code to put in trimming station .
Note : please do touch the sealing jaws during operation , otherwise accident , also do not put your hand during sealing and cutting.

Technical Offer
Riddh Colloid Mill is suitable for Homogenising, Emulsifying, Dispersing, Mixing, Comminuting of liquids to highly viscous products. It is based on rotor- stator principle. It is available in plain as well as Water Jacketed model which is suitable for heat sensitive products. Flame proof electrical can be supplied on demand at extra cost. .
Operation :
Product is fed to the operating area of rotor, having a speed of 3000 rpm by specially designed feed device. The product is processed by high shear, pressures & friction between the stator & rotor, & is also subjected to intensive vibration which exerts their force on it by means of pressing & releasing actions. due to the slightly deviating tapering of the milling surfaces of stator & rotor, the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharge section. This processed product continuously leaves the mill through the drain pipe, if required, it can be recirculated.
Salient Features :
- All contact parts are made out of SS. 304 (SS.316 on demand at extra charges). No casting are used for avoiding contamination problems.
- Coupling provided between motor shaft & rotor shaft for ease in maintenance.
- Three oil seals between the Motor & the processing chamber to prevent liquid going in the motor winding, Resulting in the burning of the motor.
- Modified design of semi concave teeth in rotor & stator reduces the motor HP & gives better performance in size reduction without damaging the product.

The empty tubes, which are first loaded in the cassette, are feed into the tube holders by a titter. Next the tubes are orientation station for positioning the "I" mark subsequently; the tube passes through the filling station,
* No changeover parts are required while, selecting the option between Aluminum to Lami/Plastic Tubes and vice versa. The control panel has controls for the same.
On Selecting In The Lami/Plastic Tube Mode :
After filling the tube travels to the heating station where hot air is blown onto the inside end of the tube by a nozzle. In the mean time, after each filling session a control on tailing is achieved by a pneumatic cut-off system, along with filters, that cleans the nozzle of the excess sample. Next, when the tube is lifted for heating, a cooling ring centers the tube so that heating is uniform around the tube, as also to ensure that the outside portion of the tube is not heated. While heating, the hot air is simultaneously sucked out of the tube so that the product is not affected. The tube then goes to the sealing & coding station where the tube is pressed & sealed and then coded with metal stereos (female). it then travels to the trimming station where the irregular shape at the tube end is trimmed by a set of blades. It is then ejected at the next collection station.
On Selecting The Aluminum Tube Mode :
After filling the tube travels to the 1st Folding station. In the mean time, after each filling session a control on tailing is achieved by a pneumatic cut-off system, along with filters, that cleans the nozzle of the excess sample. The tube then goes to the 2nd Folding station. It then travels to the Crimping & Batch coding station where the tube is pressed & sealed then coded with metal stereos(male). It is then ejected at the next collection station. the tube holders by a tilter. Next the tubes are orientation stati.
