Description : 

Riddhi Planetary Mixer is suitable for Mixing, emulsifying Creams, Ointments, Pastes, Powders, Wet mass, Chyavanprash, Gums Duplicating Inks etc. The unit is provided with stainless steel bowl of suitable capacity with Stainless Steel slow speed mixing beater having two speeds (i.e. the stirrer shaft will be moving on its axis as well as it will be rotating round the bowl) for giving efficient mixing. The bowl incorporates castor wheels for easy handling and fixing the bowl to the machine. The bowl is made out of S.S. 316, 3 mm thick sheet. The bowl is easily cleanable.

Operation : 

The machine works on 2 speed 415V motor with reduction gear fitted with ‘V' belt pulley drive to give bellow mentioned RPM. The machine is having motorised lifting and lowering arrangement provided with interlock limit switch at bottom and top. Suitable gearbox provided for screw type lowering and lifting system with square threaded lead screw. Control panel having Volt and Amp meter, main power indicating lamp, main motor slow on-off push button and fast on-off push button, lifting lowering motor-up, down push button, and mixing timer and Lamp to view inside of vessel on-off switch.

All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality and body cladded with S.S. 304.
