The machine consists of
following sub-assemblies.
- Structure : This structure is built on M. S. angle frame
and the SS covered.
- Gear Housing : It is made from S. S. 304 sheet. It is
providing with Hand wheel for adjusting rear and front rollers are
conveniently suitable on the bilateral gear housing.
- Roller : The three horizontal precision ground hard
chrome rollers made of S. S. with uniform thickness throughout the
entire length of the grinding area.
- Scraper Blades : The side scrapers are made of Nylo-Cast.
The side scrapers are fixed with charging hopper and expediently
designed discharge scraper.
