A built in water circulation jacket retains grinding temperatures lower than otherwise. This micro mill also improved mixing and dispersion added advantages.

How its works:
The Riddhi Micro Pulverizer consists of a rotor assembly fitted with beaters and operates normally at high speed, a top cover fitted with serrated liner plates, a retaining Screen at the point of pulverizing mill discharge and a feeder screw assembly where by the ungrounded materials is uniformly feed to the grinding chamber unit.

The grinding action is in this mill is one of impact between rapidly moving beaters dis-sipates itself in to the fine particles, thus causing size reduction.

• Fine and coarse particle size can be obtained by changing different size & types of beaters. Particle size (Mesh) always depends upon the nature of the materials to be pulverized.
• Output capacity can be increased or decreased by employing different revolutions and power for main drive and feeding arrangements.
• Mill available in mild steel and stainless steel contact parts as per requirements.
